I have always liked Sealed With A Kiss (SWAK), in fact their one size fits all leggings are my favorite since they hug my skinny ankle. Our blogging collective, Ahead of the Curve’s theme this month is Big Girls Can’t Wear Prints? (See below) So when I saw SWAK’s Red Cherry Dress at Gwynnie Bee, I just had to try it. I ordered the 5X, just assuming it would fit, well it was too big in the bust and back. I am going to try another dress in the 4X and we will see if that is a better fit.
As you may know from this review, I have a trial membership to Gwynnie Bee, and if you are interested in trying it FREE for 30 Day please read more HERE (full disclosure) if you sign up I do get a free month free.
Dress: SWAK, Red Cherry Dress, Size 5X (too big) (On Sale)

Such a lovely dress. I own this one and it does run big. I usually wear about a 28 and had to size down in it to a 3X for a better fit. Thanks for the tip on their leggings, I haven’t tried those yet.
Looking good, Ms. A, and I’m envying that sunny day you had. I’m intrigued to hear that S.W.A.K.’s items run large. I didn’t know that.
Goingloopy says that SWAKs sizing varies…
So cute, A — and Plump – some of their stuff runs big, some of it runs smaller. I’m almost exactly the same measurements as A, and mostly I wear a 4x in SWAK…but some of the fitted dresses (like the Lola dress), I need a 5x, and the flowy tops, a 3x is better.
Can we talk about that necklace? Good grief, it totally makes the look.
It is 6 or 7 years old, a gift from the artist at Burning Man, and I love it. Her name is JennyBird Alcantara and just recently she has become quite well known and just did a very successful show in New York. I am very carful with it because she has never made them for sale. Thanks for much for commenting. I love to talk about JennyBird’s work.
I do not often actually mention it in my blog since her jewelry if not for sale.
That dress is AWESOME!
Thanks Rachel.
I love the dress….IMO swak runs big in everything I have purchased but it’s mostly been flowy items…
Another gorgeous outfit from you – cherries are such a cute motif.
Thanks sleepydumpling, wait until you see the next post, custom made 20’s clothes, really fun. Thanks for commenting.
I love this dress. I own it myself and I feel so pretty in it. I sized down to a 3X and I’m a 26/28 so it runs big for sure.
